My journey began on the football fields of Miami, fueled by a dream and a scholarship to the University of the Cumberlands. But life threw a curveball—a career-ending injury that led me down a path of self-discovery and transformation. From the depths of defeat, I found my true calling in the world of fitness and health. My academic endeavors in Exercise Physiology at Barry University coupled with a fiery passion for sports molded me into not just a coach, but a mentor, innovator, and advocate for holistic well-being.
